Review of Eataly

I found they did not offer a gluten free menu. They had many options that would be considered gluten free, but I had to work hard to sort out any cross contamination issues. The area we ate in did not serve gluten free pasta, but a different area did. I find this to be totally ridiculous. As a newly diagnosed celiac I did not feel extremely comfortable eating there. I love this place so I truly hope they can figure out how to introduce a gluten free menu and gluten free pasta throughout the restaurants. Also, education of the staff would make it much easier to navigate. Maybe some gluten free bread-wow that would be amazing!
