While the menu is a little limited (they don't have a gf fryer), the staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination and what options are celiac safe. Even if you get a server who is new and doesn't totally understand celiac disease, they will either bring a manager over to talk to you or be honest about it, and they usually ask a lot of questions and try to educate themselves.
