I've only eaten there twice and had two very different experiences. First was an excellent small Boulderite sandwich. Second was a terrible large Boulderite sandwich. Be aware that there is no difference in size between the small and the large. They use the same gluten free roll. They just put more meat and less vegetables on the large.

Unfortunately the second time the ingredients were less than fresh. The carrots were old, rubbery and turning dark. The lettuce was dark and past it's prime and the mayo had a weird tang to it. Maybe they lost power during the snow storm and just decided to use everything anyways.

I also tried their gluten free cupcakes. They weren't to my taste. The chocolate cupcake was made of a very dense brownie like material and was very sweet. The frosting was also very dense and too sweet for me. Others may like this style so it isn't really a ding but just an FYI.

It is worth a try if you are gluten free because the sandwich roll bread was fantastic! But if you don't like little shards of aluminum in your sandwich ask them to not cut through the aluminum but wrap the sandwich after they cut it.
