ETA their website now says "we are now gluten free friendly." Try with caution...

Used to be a favorite before I went gf, but this place is not gf friendly. They have gf bread and occasionally some dessert, but are not willing to take any precautions to avoid cc like putting foil under the sandwich, or changing gloves/ice cream scoops. I was told that they are so busy all the time they do not need to cater to special dietary issues, since they get plenty of business without. Ofc I get that, but it still sucks being as much. .

As a side note, I took my kids here for a treat and several cupcakes in the display case had mold growing on the strawberries on top. Very obvious, white fluffy mold. If those were on display for everyone to see, what's happening where people can't see? Kinda sketchy even for non -gf people, so I don't even go there to get the kids ice cream anymore. Bummer.
