My first experience with this restaurant was not good. Unfortunately, it was a group order for work, which is of course not ideal, but things went terrible. The person doing the ordering and myself are both gluten free, I'm celiac and the other person has other medical issues. She called in the order and let them know I was celiac. When the order arrived there was no gf label on any of the sandwiches, so we called to say we didn't get that part of our order. We were told it was included but labeled as a wheat bun, there were multiple of the same sandwich labeled wheat. They said the gf one should be cut all the way through, while the actual wheat would be hinged. They were pretty annoyed that we were upset by this. We did our best to differentiate, I should probably have just not eaten it, but this is a brand new job and I was worried about making a fuss. I do believe I ended up with gf bread, but I still had a reaction. My reaction was mild enough that I think it was just due to cross contamination, but the whole experience kinda sucked.
