EAV Thai and Sushi

Their menu is not labeled and the staff is not knowledgeable about food allergies or celiac. I asked about ingredient list and they just tole me it was gluten free but then gave me a salad with ginger dressing that contained soy sauce when the told me that they didn't carry gluten free soy sauce. I would not come back here. I'm pretty sure that some of their food is gluten free but I don't trust that they can tell me what is or isn't.
