They have a lot of toppings, where there is likely risk of cross contamination, but when I asked about Celiac Disease, they immediately offered to go in the back, change gloves and scoop my toppings from the original containers to minimize risk.

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! All flavors are gluten free and rotated often! Many of the toppings are gluten free- including cookie dough!
