Review of Ebi - Ebi Sushi

I love coming here. 100% of the time they create beautiful and delish food that I can enjoy. I don’t eat gluten or dairy. I don’t even have to order. I sit at the sushi bar and they know what I can eat so just make up food as they go. The sashimi is great but sometimes I’m in the mood for a roll. The staff completely understands about gluten and cross contamination. They have Tamari and always reassure me that the food is gluten free when they serve it. I have never had an issue.
