Review of Eclipse

Went here for dinner on our trip to Isabela. We didn’t stay at the resort the restaurant is located at but at the gate we were given a free parking pass to use the restaurant. No gluten free menu but was told they could modify most items to meet my needs (sensitive celiac and dairy free). I got the marker fish with grilled veggies which was fresh and delicious. Was told everything is cooked on the same grill but there is a separate section for just meat and veggies. I didn’t have any issues with cross contamination. Beautiful setting right on the beach!
