We went here as it was recommended on another GF source. Served by a bored teenager who said all the sorbets were gluten free. Right at the end he put a wafer into my bowl of sorbet. When I asked if the wafer was sans gluten he said “c’est vegan” with a shrug. I had to forcefully insist that he took the wafer out and serve me a new bowl which he did grudgingly. Sorbet was good and I didn’t get sick but I would be wary of advice from staff.
