Eden is my favorite place in Syracuse to eat! They have a rotating menu and takes advantage of local products. My partner is severe celiac and has never had an issue here. Anything on their menu that would contain gluten, we can always easily swap out for another side. We love it here!! We never have to worry about any cross contamination. Highly recommend for a nice dinner.

Wood fired oven cooking. Fresh food. Great cocktails/wine list and they had a hard cider option. Very accommodating for gluten free diners. Expensive but high quality dining experience with lots of options. Good choice if you are in syracuse. But as with any restaurant, if you are celiac make it clearly known.

Amazing food and knowledgeable about celiac. They took the time to verify everything was gf and you can see them cooking. They did a lot to avoid cc. I have been here a few times and will definitely go back.
