Review of Eden

I know for a fact that this is the only restaurant in Pittsburgh that every item on their menu is 100% gluten free. It's the only restaurant that serves locally sourced raw food. It's also the only restaurant that understands the cuisine. The owner/chef is celiac. If you haven't been here yet, go now.
