The menu has GF Next to all the gluten free items. My server was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and modified my fish tacos by providing me a side salad instead of chips, which are cooked in the same oil as their batter fried foods. They had salads, fish tacos, appetizers and entrees that were gluten free. They do not have gluten free bread.

Had a couple gluten free options - mainly entrees and some appetizers. Labeled clearly on the menu. I had the roasted brussels sprouts and the mushroom risotto and both were fantastic!

Had the fish tacos. They are marked gluten free on the menu. The chips are fried in a shared fryer so had a salad instead. Everything was delicious and I did not get sick.

Asked our waiter to make a note about my gluten allergy and my tacos came out with chips that were in a shared fryer. Waiter was nowhere to be found so i had to go in and check with the hostess who confirmed the chips had gluten. I asked for a new meal since chips were touching everything on the plate and our waiter returned 2 minutes later with “someone else’s tacos.”

Great ambience if you can sit outside. Food was very average, especially for the price. I had ribeye and shrimp for $50 and the ribeye seemed more like a flank steak. Ordered it medium rare, and was overdone. Husband ordered mushroom risotto. It was okay. Vegetables were best part of the meal.

I’ve ordered here a three times, they have messed up the order twice. They don’t seem to get take-away orders frequently as staff seemed to be confused as to how to handle it. Second order was supposed to be a gluten free burger on a lettuce wrap as they do not have GF buns (the bartender ran back to ask the kitchen staff if they could accommodate my meal, but must have put the order in wrong). Got back to find a burger on a bun on a pile of non-GF waffle fries with not enough time to get the order fixed. Third order was supposed to be a bone in rib eye, done medium rare, with no sauce. Did not receive the stake I ordered, it was cooked medium well, it had sauce on it, and the kitchen was closed.
Staying at the Embassy Suites across the street. Not many options in the area and even fewer that are open on a Monday. Kitchen closes early.
The first meal was good. The $18 burger and $36 steak fed some homeless in the area.

Such great service. San Diego in COVID has been rough but they really came through. Risotto, fish, steaks all GF and so are the very fresh salads. Our waiter went above and beyond to find things for us.

Knowledgeable staff, delicious fish tacos w/o sauce no issues
No GFree menu and much depends on what server you get. Breakfast was excellent and my server looked up ingredients- substituted fruit for the hash browns. No problems. Dinner however made me sick even though I was told my choices were safe. They get really busy at times so hard for staff to accommodate requests I think. Good wine list.

My husband and I ate here twice. I had two good GF meals. The two servers were knowledgable about Gf needs/practices. I had no issue with being glutened. Because this restaurant overlooks the water you pay more for the location. Good was tasty enough so I recommend it.
Yes
Our waiter was nice. The rest of the staff was very rude, especially the hostess and manager. Croutons came on my salad. Asked three times for oil and vinegar (because they had no idea if their dressings were gf). My daughter was charged for a full entree when we asked for a side of Mac-n-cheese. And...it was definitely the size of a size order. I don't recommend this place at all!

alles super und sehr fein
Our server didnt seem to understand a gluten intolerance. I dont think he even got 50% of our standard orders correct... I wasnt comfortable eating there after that experience. The service was very slow. I think he was also serving a party of 12. Im sure it would have been more pleasant if we had gotten patio seating with a better server.
no gf food at all an incompetent stsff

Really delicious! GF items marked right on menu and reasonably robust, including a flourless chocolate cake. I had the fish tacos and was very pleased, it was delicious. I would definitely eat there again.
