Review of Edgewater Hotel

Nice restaurant at edgewater hotel. We only had snacks and dinner but they were very careful and had great options for a cheeseboard. However we were told earlier in day they had dedicated gf fryer but after ordering at dinner were told that the chef couldn’t “guarantee” it was gf. Most of their appetizers are fried so super disappointing.
