Excellent experience at Edie Rae’s!

Server was very knowledgeable about Celiac.

Even before I asked, she let me know they use bags to toast the gf bread, and that the hash browns and bacon were gluten free.

She said someone or other’s boyfriend has Celiac, so the kitchen takes it very seriously.

And the food was delicious!
