This place deserves a shout-out here on FMGF. Another safe place to eat in Bethel as far as I'm concerned. I had called ahead to see how they responded to "can you accommodate celiacs?" and the person who answered demonstrated strong knowledge and told me just to let my server know. The two times I've eaten there, two different servers were also very knowledgeable. None of the menu items are marked as GF (or vegan, etc.), so you do need their help but many items are, or can be, GF. The Ahi Tuna Salad was done to perfection and delicious. I will try other things the next time.
