The building isn’t great but the inside is good. The cauliflower pizza is ok at best. I’ve eaten a lot of really great pizza in NY & NJ, so this was more of a premade crust. The toppings and sauce were good though. The gf chicken parm was also odd. It didn’t have a crust but there was something on the chicken. The pasta came separately and the chicken parm was in sauce only. So that was weird too. The customer service was fantastic though. It’s a good place but gf has become so much more than good overall.
My daughters, both celiac, really enjoyed their pizzas. Toppings were plentiful and pizza was delicious. Waitstaff did a great job and told us to always make sure the gluten free pizza comes out on a separate tray (tray inside a tray) and that the crust is a little thinner than the other crust so you can tell the difference. It was a treat to be able to get decent gluten free with our choice of toppings.
My daughter and I both have celiac and absolutely loved Edison Pizza during our visit to NJ. The building itself wasn’t fancy but the food was amazing. I had the gluten free chicken Parmesan, which was a huge treat because I rarely find a restaurant that offers a GF chicken parm option. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter enjoyed a GF white pizza that was wonderful as well. My husband thoroughly enjoyed a Sicilian pizza (not GF). I am very sensitive to cross contamination and was not sick after eating here. I highly recommend this restaurant!
GF Chicken Parm was the bomb!! And the GF Penne on the side had great texture. Very good.
they use the same oven I believe for regular and gf pizza..
