Only guacamole, beans and rice sides, and soup are gluten free. Everything else either has gluten in it or shares a grill or fryer with a TON of gluten. Not only no guarantees, but it was an effort to get waiter to agree to ask kitchen staff to wipe down surfaces. Had minor reaction so not sure if that ever happened. No flavor in food at all. Salsa is canned tomato sauce. Shredded beef while moist and tender, literally tastes like nothing. Normally, their refried beans are at least flavorful, but now they taste bland too. No reason to ever come back. I suppose if you are white and never had good Mexican food, you might like it. Honestly havent found any good Mexican food in Boulder area.
