Have eaten here multiple times with our celiac daughter and no issues. The “Simply Grilled” dishes are a great option and they will also do a corn tortilla quesadilla. Make sure to ask for the manager or owner. The owner has spent a lot of time in Ireland where celiac disease is quite common and she is very informed on necessary precautions.
Was excited to try the GF Pizza but was informed that it was not celiac safe from XC. I do commend the waiters and cook staff for being very well informed and extremely helpful. After back and fourth final decision was that the best items for me to order were either the Cobb salad, beet salad, or anything on the simply grilled list (they use a clean pan and do a glove change). Was saddened by the options.
Went for Happy Hour with some colleagues. Since I couldn’t find anything on their website about GF, I was just expecting to have a couple of drinks and then go somewhere else for food. That is, until our excellent server informed me that they can make a lot of things on the menu GF. According to her, most of the salads, the tacos, and the pizza could be made GF. I decided to order the pizza during the last minute of Happy Hour after she explained that they keep it on a separate tray in the oven and she would inform the kitchen of my concerns regarding XC. While it was your run of the mill GF pie, I did not get sick, which was the most important part. The fact that I could eat safely while my friends ate their gluten meals was such a relief. Plus, when we got the bill, I was charged the Happy Hour price for the pizza, only $7. I’ll definitely go back and try something new next time (I’ll update this review then).
