The food was great (so far not sick- I had the El Cerdo Hash and hashes are usually a fairly safe gf option in my experience…). It’s a little on the pricy side (15-20 per meal). The reason I’m docking a star, though, is because the waitress I had seemed to have no idea what gluten was. If you don’t know that’s fine, but either get someone who does or spend time to figure out what gluten is. I wouldn’t trust them about products beyond eggs, potatoes, etc being gf. Hopefully their staff gets better educated on what gluten is!
