Egghead Cafe

Stopped in for some lunch. Was excited to see the “moffles” (waffle variation) had a gf option. There wasn’t a gf bread option but all dishes had the choice of two sides: toast (not gf), white rice and small salad. I ordered two eggs with greens and white rice and it was good - leafy green salad had a delicious dressing (that I didn’t ask about 😬). We shared a gf moffle that was delicious. Delicious batter. I was concerned it was so good it wasn’t gf but they confirmed. Possible cross contamination on the waffle but so far I haven’t felt sick

"I don't know who's behind that curtain but they are doing God's work." 😂 -my husband as we were stuffing our faces. The mochie waffles can be made gluten free and they are AMAZING. Espresso was also super good and they have non-dairy milk for anyone with other allergies like me.
