Ok - hear me out - there is nothing on the menu that says “Gluten Free.” They do not have GF toast or pancakes. However, the owners, Amber and Marsha, are very knowledgeable about Celiac. If you ask, they will prepare omelettes, potatoes, and meat in a separate pan to avoid cross contamination. They will bring out food separately and reiterate that the meal is gluten free. Great experience and the food is amazing
