I am here now with my son; he is non-GF, and I am Celiac. We are having the full experience! Being a late Tuesday morning, it’s fairly slow, which I hope makes it easier to keep my food safe from cross-contamination.
First thing to note is that the waffles are *not* made in a separate waffle maker; they’re made in a shared maker. The manager has assured that the pancakes and French toast, along with all other foods will be made in separate and safe stations.
The sausage is *not* GF, and neither are the gravies, naturally. The eggs benedict can be made with the GF toast (I did not ask if they have a separate GF toaster, but I presume they’d cook it on the griddle.)
I’ll update my review at the end of the day once I’ve eaten and hopefully digested well… fingers crossed (and thoughts, prayers, hopes, and dreams!)
***Update! Did not get sick! I had the French toast; it was “mid” (as my son would say) in terms of flavor profile, but the meal was prepared safely, and I’m thankful for that!***
Their gluten free items are clearly marked on menu. Staff seem educated on food allergies. I tell them specifically each time it’s an allergy & never had an issue with any reactions from eating here! We go here frequently because the food is soo good. I always get the steak skillet with gluten free blueberry pancakes and coffee of course! Their coffee is also really good!
Food happy! GF french toast and sugar free syrup with fresh berries. The french toast was marked to identify GF. Staff was lovely and helpful too.
