The bread is gluten free but it is not cooked separate from regular bread. All things are fried in the same oil. If you have celiac DO NOT go here
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
I ate here this morning. We dined in, but they had a table filled with DoorDash orders, so it looked like they do delivery too. There was a 30 minute wait around 11 a.m. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. They carry gluten free bread (toast). *you have to tell them to char grill the bread* otherwise, they will either put it in the same toaster as regular bread (for people less sensitive). The waitress said they could also make French toast using the gluten free bread, but they’d make it on the same grill as other wheat things, so this option would also be for people less sensitive to gluten). I had the classic (bacon, eggs, and gluten free toast that was toasted on the char grill). The waitress said any of their sandwiches could be made using the gf toast. Taste: 4/5. Service: 5/5. Knowledge of gf: 5/5. Cross contamination: low if you specify, otherwise medium. Follow me on Instagram @gluten_is_a_pain_in_the_glutes

Menu indicates street tacos are on corn tortillas, but we're served on flour tortillas. and the French fries are coated/seasoned and very likely have wheat in them. This isn't indicated on the menu.
I am gf on the advice of my doctor, but do not have Celiac Disease, so (for this and other reasons) chose not to send my plate back, but wanted to give a heads up to others reading this.
Service was good and food tasted good.
