I’ve had good experiences eating at Egon restaurants before. This particular restaurant had a great staff, really helpful and knowledgeable about allergens. When I told them about my celiac, the waiter found me my own allergy menu and went through it with me. All the burgers, pizzas and sandwiches are possible to get gluten free, just ask for gf base, bread or bun.
When I asked about the fryer, he highly recommended me to steer clear of the fries due to them only having one fryer they use for both gluten free and gluten containing dishes. All sandwiches and burgers comes with fries, the waiter let me choose between getting the baked potatoes, the creamed potatoes or the salad as my side, free of charge.
The kitchen took precautions and cleaned the space and utensils before preparing my food. I’m happy with the visit and recommend this restaurant! :)
