Staff SUPER knowledgeable and GF, cross contamination, and what menu items are GF. Specifically asked if I was Celiac or if it was a dietary preference. They have a Gluten free menu and dedicated gluten free toaster (for stuff like caviar and other appetizers).

They also said they have a separate gluten free area.

They have a gluten free menu, which is basically part of the regular menu that can be made GF by omitting certain ingredients. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. View was excellent. Husband, not gluten free, only ordered from the GF menu so we can all try each other’s food, said he’d go back. 👍🏼 We had Rossini beef tartare (app) pork belly (app), filet mignon, sea bass, brussell sprouts, mushroom, chocolate mousse cake.

Beautiful place to dine, food was excellent, but I believe it was cross contaminated . Limited staff and limited menu due to Covid 19. I would try it again and be more cautious when ordering.

Absolutely the best GF meal I have ever had! Very knowledgeable staff, amazing service, and a beautiful view of the Bellagio Fountains! We had Alaskan King crabs apps, Filet, and sorbet. Delicious!!!

Gluten free bread. Price for vegas not bad. Lunch cost 25 to 30 per entree. 4 choices.

Each year we come to Vegas - we are sure to eat here :) It’s super romantic, wonderful atmosphere and SAFE! I’m a celiac and Type 1 diabetic; never an issue here.

Nice place with excellent view while dining. I’m celiac and our server went out of her way to assure me our toast for the Fois Gras was gluten free and toasted in a separate toaster. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. They also had a 2 desert choices both creme brûlée as well as a chocolate hazelnut cake that my Celiac son loved! Usually you don’t have much choice on deserts when you dine out so this was a pleasant surprise. Both of us didn’t get sick. Very nice dining experience. Our server said they pride themselves on being able to provide options and the menu is special menu so you don’t ha w to see what you can’t have!

Beautiful place! We stopped in for dessert after a show. So nice to have options. Knowledgeable staff eager to help and make it a great experience. Hope to go back for dinner sometime.

Separate gluten free menu with lots of choice. Food was absolutely delicious, although very pricey. The table view of the Bellagio fountains was worth it though. Word of warning for Celiacs: they will offer you gluten free bread, but it is toasted in the same universal toaster as the normal bread so I gave it a miss.

Such a limited menu, not many options. The bread they brought to the table was clearly Udi's toast. Only shining thing about this restaurant was our server who was wonderful. Not the greatest experience, won't be returning.

there were not too many options for me without garlic or onion, but theyvwere very helpful providing options to me. service was good, view was great

Delicious! They offered a gluten free menu and could modify almost anything on the regular menu. They even brought out gluten free bread which is always a welcomed surprise. Waitress was wonderful and knowledgeable about the whole menu. Great service and amazing food.

Told the server ahead of time I needed gluten free. Very accommodating and delicious food. I was brought an amuse with fried onion by a different server which our waiter immediately took away from me which was good. Only thing I noticed towards the end is they give you a small chocolate which was gf but was on a tray with non- gf chocolates so slightly sketchy. I did not get glutened here.
