They have gluten free soy sauce, and the waitress was very helpful letting me know what I could eat on the menu, basically anything that didn't have sauce already added to it.

The sushi was amazing, I had an Alaska Roll, and a Rainbow Roll, both were super fresh, rolled very well, and delicious, the fish was melt in your mouth perfect.

They have hose made tofu (the cold option is gluten free) I didn't try it although my friend had the hot version and said it was amazing.

Next time I'm in the city I'm definitely coming here.
