This is all authentic German food. All of The menu is or can be gluten-free. The one that you need to specify is the gluten-free spaghetti when you order that dish. All of the other dishes are gluten-free as she has altered the sauce recipe with gluten-free ingredients. I’ve had every dish on her menu and have not had any negative reactions to any of the food. And the sauces are to die for I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re celiac. You won’t regret it. The flavors are absolutely amazing.
