- The menu says that the ice cream might contain gluten - According to the waitress, the ice cream is gluten-free - The allergen card is only an overview of the ingredients contained in the ice cream (which are said to be gluten-free), other products such as sauces or waffles are not listed. - When ordering, I specifically pointed out that it had to be gluten-free. Nevertheless, the ice cream contained a wafer (containing gluten).
