They have glutenfree waffle scones! He cleaned the spoon before scooping the ice for me.

They have gluten free waffle cones! There is a risk of cross contamination with their ice cream obviously, but most of their flavors are fruit based and they wash their scoops regularly. Tell them you have a gluten “allergy” and they will wash the scoop in clean water for you. I am celiac and did not get sick.
