Der Inhaber kennt sich mit Zöliakie aus und weiß auch über die Gefahr von Kreuzkontaminationen Bescheid. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht alle geschult, daher muss man manchmal einiges erklären. Das Eis ist sehr lecker und bis auf ein paar Sorten glutenfrei.
