Review of Eken Restaurant

This restaurant is part of the Hilton Slussen Hotel. They have delicious gf bread that they used to make a celiac-safe club sandwich for my son. They were very open to adapting menu items to be safe and very aware of cross-contamination. Fryer is not dedicated, so they offered him delicious roasted potatoes instead.
