Review of El Arroyo

I spoke to the manager and the head chef. There is a dedicated chip fryer that only has corn based items in it. Chips and flautas. I ordered the beef enchiladas with ranchero sauce and the sautéed veggies. It was delicious! They also gave me a gluten free menu.
