My family all enjoyed their food, which is a huge plus. I chose not to eat out of caution because the wait staff couldn’t answer any of my questions in a way that I felt safe. I was totally fine with that and just glad to be with our out of town family. Then our waiter came back and offered me baked chips so I could have salsa, since the regular chips are cooked in a shared fryer. I was excited! They were delivered to the table and I ate one. I realized what they had brought me was a basket of cut up flour tortillas that they baked. I questioned the waiter and he turned ghost white. Yes indeed, after I informed him I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten, he brought me a basket of gluten and watched me put it in my mouth. As I said my family loved it. I had to excuse myself to vomit and swallow activated charcoal. I am so so sick now, about 8 hours later. I do NOT recommend this establishment for celiacs. They have not educated their staff and are not safe.
