The food was fresh and delicious. They don’t make flour tortillas there, just corn. I had the steak fajitas and they were absolutely divine.
Called ahead before placing an order for takeout. I spoke with the manager who then spoke with the chef. Neither of them had a good understanding of what gluten was and were unsure about whether or not something that was braised in beer was potentially gluten-free. This alone was enough to dissuade me from ordering.
no specific gluten free menu, but the waitress was knowledgeable and the manager also came over to confirm. I ordered chips and guac, manager said chips we not GF they brought me fresh corn tortillas.
