It was a grungy bar with dirty tables. We ordered from a QR code on the table. Someone brought our food in take out dishes with no lids and plastic forks. The food was “meh”. The nacho chips were excellent but the refried beans tasted like they were heins pork and Beans straight from a can and the queso was cold cheese dip. It was gluten free but overall the experience was kinda yucky.
I ate lunch here on a weekday in the bar area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and answered my questions, though some things the bartender told me indicated he didn’t completely understand why some things on the menu were not GF. There was also an older man at the bar who was clearly drunk and kept trying to talk with me. It was a little annoying that the bartender kept serving him and didn’t say anything to him about harassing other customers.
My lunch buddy and I each got a bowl: one potato and one Impossible beef. The food was good but unremarkable. It felt expensive for what was ultimately a Chipotle bowl. Overall, a fine experience that didn’t make me sick.
We got takeout so can't speak to the dine-in experience but we absolutely loved the tacos and nachos we ordered. Everything was super tasty, safe for celiacs and ready in under 5-10 minutes on the night we went. Absolutely recommend.
Staff were very helpful in asking questions to the kitchen for gluten free. I am a coeliac and have eaten here 3 times without any symptoms. I had the vegan tacos which were delicious and I was pleasantly surprised that the vegan chorizo sausage was GF too. Reasonably priced and yummy cocktails available. 21 and up only in this restaurant.
