They bake their gluten free items separate from the gluten ingredients, most of their baked goods are gluten free and vegan. The place is vegetarian, therefore they know how to handle allergies and dietary restrictions, on top of that everything delightful. My favorites are the cookies, cheesecake, brownies, smoothies and their bowls.
