We have 3 celiacs in my family and we have eaten safely here for 15 years. There is very little gluten in the whole restaurant. The chips are in a dedicated fryer. I'll be honest the staff is not all that knowledgeable about gluten free, but everything is homemade so they can tell you what's in it and figure it out. The other thing is, The food is consistent so once you find a few things that you can eat you just go an order. There is very little chance of cross contamination because of the way they cook.
We eat the beans and rice, tacos, tostadas and dinner plates. Shrimp, carnitas, Carne asada, chicken and shredded beef are all gluten free.
