Not sure how careful they are in the kitchen. The fryer is NOT gf so the chips were off limited. Got black beans and jasmine rice as gf substitute. The steak tacos were pretty good.

Great restaurant. Chips are made in a dedicated fryer. I’ve had a burger and steak tacos so far and both were delicious. Menu clearly marked with gluten free options. Staff seem very knowledgeable.
