The supermarket has a dedicated gluten free section with lots of Schar products (my favorite brand) including pasta, cookies, granola bars, as well as frozen pizzas, churros and lasagna. They also had pastries and breads from Leon the baker, a 100% gluten free bakery.

They had fresh baked goods from Leon the Baker and in general a nice selection of gf foods.

The cafeteria listed about six GF items! But, the waiter first said they had none, then said they only had lasagna and tiramisu. I ordered both. The lasagna was flat, mediocre and overpriced. He then told us there was no tiramisu.
Lots of gluten free options in their gluten free section.
Every El Corte Ingles we have been to in Spain has a major gluten free section in their basement supermarket. It has saved us more than once to get Schar brand buns or individually wrapped packs with two pieces of bread. The Cafeteria on the top floor has a menu with all allergens listed. Not tons of gluten free options, but some is better than none!
