Review
The staff seemed knowledgeable about coeliac and immediately informed me that they had gf bread. All the rice dishes are gf and they have the allergens marked against other dishes. The paella 'senyoret' was delicious - one of the best we've had in this region. I'll be going back on my next visit to Valencia.

We loved everything. The service, the knowledgeable staff, but mostly, the amazing food!! It was so good. The menu clearly states what’s in the dishes and there was plenty of choice in it! Loved the gluten-free bread they also served…

Staff was knowledgeable about what was gf, and there was an allergy menu. All of the paella is gluten free and so are many of the other dishes. They even had delicious gf bread!
