The restaurant is very knowledgeable on celiac and gluten free cooking. They work with local Celiac Associations. 95% of their menu can be adapted to gluten-free. Best burgers with gluten free buns. The Bravas are fried in separate oil (only used for the potatoes). Very recommended.
