El Fuego - Mexican Taqueria

This is a nice little place that just makes 4 types of tacos. I came across it by accident, it didn’t have signage saying it had gluten free food but I noticed that they use corn tortillas and that gluten wasn’t listed as an allergen in anything. I asked a staff member to confirm that everything was gluten free and he said that everything was except for the vegan taco, which had soy sauce in it, so be aware that that isn’t marked on the menu! So I was mildly nervous about cross-contamination but I got a chicken taco and I had no reaction, it was really tasty and a good price.
