Upon messaging the owner/manager via social media, he informed me that they have a number of customers who have celiac, and that everything is made fresh daily and that nothing contains gluten with the exception of flour products (burrito/quesadilla tortillas). Corn taco shells and chips are the only thing to go in the fryer so they are safe as well. He also recommends giving the staff a heads up upon ordering so they can change gloves etc to avoid cross-contact. That was also easily done via an online order and confirmed on my receipt.
Most of their menu is gluten free, and all of it is delicious.
