We ate here while in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament. Eating out of town can be tough with Celiac. There were lots of designated GF options for her on the menu and the chips and salsa GF too!! The food was amazing and the restaurant is super cool. Wish we had one back home!!

Chips and salsa gf and really good. The waitress wasn’t great with gf but the manager came to our table and gave a thorough explanation of gf practices. I had the el pastor which is two tacos. They were small so I’d prob do three or just get another meal. My boyfriend had the enchiladas and said they were very good.

I love ElGuapo's. Their gluten free items are specifically labels on menu. The chips and salsa are gluten free.

Wonderful food! The menu is clearly marked with the GF options and there was a good variety to choose from. I was super excited to find that their chips, salsa, and guacamole were all Celiac safe. I even got to have GF enchiladas and tamales for the first time in years.

Gluten free chips and several menu options. I’ve never gotten sick and this is my go-to Mexican food place in Tulsa. I just wish their queso was GF.

Ate at EL GUAPOS 81st and Harvard and they fry the chips, and taco shells anything corn in a separate fryer. Their menu is clearly marked GF next to items no special menu. Vegetarian refried beans.

Many GF options. Waitstaff is knowledgeable. The server was able to tell me which ingredients in the food might contain gluten. We've eaten there three times with no problem.
