Been here several times now over the past couple of weeks since we found this place. I know what contains gluten and order accordingly. I ask for corn tortillas and haven’t had any trouble.
You MUST ask for the manager to have your food modified. He is great and has a good understanding of food allergies and cross contamination . I eat here once a week and the wait staff is not trained and their is a language barrier. I specified dairy, gluten and egg allergies and was brought a plate with flour tortillas, cheese and sour cream. I can eat here but have to be VERY careful.
Can make anything that doesn’t have a flour tortilla gluten free.
