Got into town late and this seemed like my only option for take out food at the time. Got the pulled pork enchiladas with rice and beans and it was delicious/safe. However, there are really not a lot of options for gluten free as many of their sauces have gluten (specifically the red enchilada sauce and the mole). It’s a very loud college bar type of setting, so I didn’t ask too many questions (not sure about the fryers or if the chips/tacos are safe) but the host still double checked with the kitchen that my specific meal was gluten free.
