(English below) Los empleados no sabían mucho y no pudieron responder muchas de mis preguntas, pero las tortillas de maiz se cocinan ahí a la vista, así que pudimos ver el proceso y preguntar bien por todos los ingredientes. No supieron responderme si el queso podia llegar a contener gluten o no (yo quería un chicharron de queso), pero igual me atendieron super bien y me pude pedir unos tacos

The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable, but they make their corn tortillas on site in front of the customers, so we could see the whole process and ask what ingredients they were using. They couldn’t answer my questions about the cheese (I wanted to have chicharron de queso), but I could order some tacos
