The food at the restaurant is pretty tasty, but not super safe. They did their best to accommodate us, but there is no separate fryer and the general manager had to have Celiac explained to her.
Due to the shared fryer, a lot of items on their gluten free menu are not gluten free.
I ordered carne asada tacos and a side of queso. The tacos were very delicious, but the queso tasted like melted American cheese and not queso. The beans were very good, but the rice was subpar.
Or waiter was phenomenal and tried his best to accommodate.
Likely will not return due to confusion over allergies and mediocre Mexican.

We called in advance and we're told everything was separate and gluten free on the gf menu. When we arrived (after driving half an hour) we were given strange looks by the asst mgr when I asked if flour products were in the fryolator was terrifying. Even more so when she responded "vegetable oil". The waiter was the only one who (sort of) understood. We will know soon. I'm pretty sure we got contaminated.
They absolutely DO NOT have gluten free tortilla chips. They claim their plantains and tostones are fried separately from everything else.
The selection is good, but I did not feel safe eating there at all.
