My celiac wife ordered the salad with a side of fish, we found a piece of bread, and they did another plate more carefully. Overall good experience. But you need to insist to be real careful when dealing with a celiac case. The local Burger was amazing (Gluten full disclaimer). We would come again, just mind the cautions.

Good food and really nice atmosphere. Our server was knowledgeable - I got the shrimp casado and a moment after it came out, he hurried over to let me know that the plantains hadn’t been fried in the dedicated GF fryer so he took it away and had a new safe plate made for me. He definitely understood celiac needs! Quite a few GF options.

Great food. Wait staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are a lot of gluten free options that are delicious and they have gluten free buns. They are working on getting a dedicated fryer. The vegan panna cotta was a light and delicious dessert.
